Yep! According to my insurance claims adjuster, the cost of fixing the truck far exceeds the trucks value. So as far as they're concerned, it's a total loss. I either have to eat it on what they offer me which is a pitance or I can keep the truck and they'll settle for what it would cost for junk salvage. Neither options are any better. I'm hoping to get another used vehicle, but with me current job and the amount of driving I do and the salary I make plus really lousy credit scores, there's no way in hell I could afford even a half decent vehicle.
I did find cars on Craigslist and myspace classified which I will check out, but will have to fork out at least 5K which I don't have, so I'm seeking donations of $1-2 to help towards picking up another P.O.S. so I can get to work and not loose my job, which I love very much.
